We give you a fully comprehensive rental service if you decide you would like to earn an income from your home. this package entails not only rental but a cleaning and laundry service. Our costs to you are 20% of the weekly rental price for organising this service, plus laundry and cleaning at your property at a cost of £40 for villas and £30 for apartments.
Customers renting the properties will have to pay their own transfer costs. However, we can recommend a reputable transfer agent and we can arrange the transfers for you.
